Basic on-call services
On site technical support - $85.00/ hour plus parts
(No travel time charged in the greater Houston area - 1 hour minimum)
This includes...
- On-site emergency PC repair
- Virus removal and remediation

- Hardware and software upgrades
- Personal (and personnel!) training
- Often, work can be performed off site for a discounted rate!
Contract (monthly ongoing support)
- PLAN A - TechDoc can be contracted for a specific number of hours each month at a discounted rate.
- PLAN B - TechDoc will be on call 24/7 for whatever needs you may have.
We will consult with you at no cost to determine the best plan and pricing for your situation.
We accept cash, checks, and online credit card payments through PayPal.Other Services
